TRYSUHR - SUPERHEATED Hot Water Generator

Unical Boiler – TRYSUHR is a SUPERHEATED Hot Water Generator with temperature up to 183 degree celsius in liquid form.

Utilizing the reverse flame principle, smoke gases in the combustion chamber of the ici boiler are directed forward
Then reversed through the smoke tube sections and discharged via the chimney connection. Engineered to minimize heating and superficial loads.
Boiler Body: The ici boiler comprises a cylindrical shell and wet back furnace constructed from high-quality steel. Materials certified for chemical and mechanical properties, with rigorous controls and Non Destructive Tests during production. Hydraulic testing complies with Directive 2014/68/UE (PED).
Smoke Tubes: High-quality steel tubes welded to tube plates, equipped with helical turbulators for enhanced performance.
Front Door: Welded steel plate with internal insulation and high-density refractory cladding. Hinged for easy adjustment and quick access, featuring a self-cleaning sight glass for combustion monitoring.
Rear Smoke-Box: Welded steel plate, easily accessible for cleaning, fitted with a horizontal flue connection (vertical option available), sized to boiler output. Optional external economizer installation.
Base: Steel frame welded to tube plates and sealed with steel plates for the ici boiler
Insulation: Thermal insulation with rock wool cladding, supported and externally covered in 10/10 thick enameled aluminum.
