CIB - Dual Fuel Burners from 120 to 25,000 kW

The Ecostar Burner – CIB series features a monoblock body structure, ideal for use in hot water boilers, steam boilers, and hot oil boilers. Key features include:
  • Compatibility with Natural Gas, LPG, Light Oil, and Biogas.
  • Low flue gas emission values due to their special body and combustion nozzle designs.
  • Hinged body design for easy service without dismounting from the boiler.
  • High fire safety with flame control via photocell.
  • Integrated control panel on the body for immediate use.
  • External production of light oil filtering and pumping stations upon customer demand.
  • Combustion optimization with O2-CO trim system adaptation in electronic modulating burners, if requested.
  • Energy saving with fan speed control in electronic modulating burners, if requested.
  • Remote management via PLC systems using BMS (Burner Management System) or software.
  • Suitable for high-pressure mechanical atomization and low-pressure air/steam atomization lance options in liquid fuel products.
  • Low noise operation with specially designed muffler air cage and axial fan (less than 72dB).
